ARRIVAL/ DEPOSITS

She Lux Suite is an by appointment only company. However we do welcome same day appointments. Please text or call 916-616-9678 to snag a same day spot. Please show up to your appointment on time. If you are 5 minutes late, your appointment will be cut short the same amount of minutes. This prevents other clients appointments from being delayed. If you are late by 6+ minutes, your appointment will be rescheduled and you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. No exceptions. Please be sure to make it on time. It is your responsibility to take into consideration traffic, location, bathroom stops etc. Please arrive early for those accommodations. 50% Deposits are required for ALL booked services. Deposits are NON-Refundable. You have 48 hours before your appointment time to reschedule. Rescheduling anytime after the 48 hours results in a forfeit deposit. All Clients are welcome to one reschedule per deposit. If you reschedule two times or more an additional deposit will be due. Should a late cancellation or no show occur full payment will be required in order to reserve an appointment.

 

CANCELLATION

We require a NON-PREPAID/VALID card on file for all services. Should you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel outside of the allowed cancellation window, there will be a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. In other words your deposit is forfeited. Please Note: Downgrading your services outside of the allowed 48 hour period is considered a cancellation. To cancel/ reschedule please do so through the booking system. That is the ONLY appropriate way to cancel your appointment. No DM's Voicemails, Calls, Or Text Will be Acceptable. If you can't cancel through the booking system it is because you are outside the the allowed 48 hour window. If you run into an issue please do not hesitate to Text/call us 916. 616. 9678

SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOW

No call/No show appointments will be charged 100% of scheduled service. No exceptions. Any future appointments will have to be paid in full during booking. New client no call/no show will be charged 100% for all services booked and will not be allowed to book with She Lux Suite in the future. Same Day Cancellations will also be charged 100% for booked services. SLS is an appointment based business. No show appointments and arriving late for appointments deeply affects our company. To cancel/ reschedule please do so 48 hours before your appointment time, through our booking site.

 

GENERAL POLICY

We welcome guest that are being serviced only. Please do not bring any guest with you. Children are not allowed at She Lux Suite (anyone under the age of 14) Unless being serviced. Please sanitize upon entry.

 

HYGIENE/MENSTRUAL CYCLE/INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR

Please be sure the area being serviced is clean. For Brazilian Wax appointments, If possible, We recommend showering before your appointment for it is advised to avoid showering 24 hours post wax session. We require all guest to "freshen up" before we start your service. There will be hygiene wipes and bathrooms available. Please freshen up even if you previously showered. We will not continue with the service if we notice you are not prepared (cleansed properly). You will be asked to rebook. Please note starting your period does NOT excuse a late cancelation/no-show appointment. Please try to book around your period. If you are irregular give yourself a two week window AFTER your cycle ends. Meaning as soon as your current period is coming to an end, book your wax appointment for no more than 2 weeks out. ♥️ Inappropriate behavior/comments WILL NOT be tolerated. We are a professional Wax spa. We will go to great measures to ensure our safety.
